Profile Customization

My profile customization hasn't been working for ages, but it did work before. What's wrong with it?
I've tried to delete the picture and upload it again and again and again but it just won't work D:
It used to be there though so I don't know what happened :/ (So it's not the picture)

Bump again... Maybe it's a setting that's just wrong? Because it does seem to be working for leaders...

It's been like this for over 5 months now :/

(Don't wanna be mean, but VIP did pay for it) It's taking a bit long... or does it really take this long to fix a "little" thing it seems to me..
Maybe it's very hard to fix this? I would have no clue.. but some info about it might be nice..

it's working for him and he only just joined forum and got VIP..

DrJoske told me to maybe kick us out VIP group then let us back in(but i want my member status, not the VIP)..maybe it works then?
