Playing on Hardcore (SilentMod) I have had a couple players complain that their charge bar stops working. I don't mean for sprint, the bar that allows you to use your class skill, arty, medic packs, engineer dynomite etc...
I had this problem myself yesterday. It occured after I switched to even teams. I went directly from Axis to Allies. This was on Goldrush.
I tried to go spec, and rejoin, and it didn't work. /reconnect fixes it for now.
In the mean time, if it happens again, I'll see if the problem can be fixed by switching back and forth between teams also.
