Uneven Teams- Solution

Recently I have noticed there being more issues than usual with uneven teams.  I think it may be in part because of the increased players that play now.  Yes I know there are already 2 solutions in place to fix that.  The first is someone saying "teams" then proceeding to say it over and over.  The second is the Auto-Balance feature.  There is a problem with the Auto feature in that there are stubborn players who switch from a losing team to the winning.  They then get auto-balanced and nearly throw their computers out the window and switch back.  They do this repeatedly until they don't get balanced.  My solution to this is to remove the "team options" and only use the "auto-assign" option.  This will keep teams balanced at all times until people begin to rage quit the game because they are losing and can't switch to the winning team.

I know myself personally I always Auto-assign except on crossfire if I am planning to snipe, since those silly RED berets give away even the best snipers.  I'm sure even I would get over having to snipe in a red hat.

I am no coding genius, actually I can't code, but I imagine that someone here could implement this change to our servers.
