It seems that there is an issue with lvl. 7 admins not having access to the !pl command:
If a trouble player has a 1 leter name, level 7 admin cannot !warn as 1 letter name is not acceptable input for !warn command. Since lvl 7 does not have access to !pl, they cannot get slot number to warn either. There is a workaround as all players can do /pb_plist, and get slot numbers, however, because !pl and /pb_plist slot numbers differ they need to remember to subtract 1 from the /pb_plist number to get the correct slot number for warn/kick.
In my opinion, it would be much easier to allow lvl 7 admin access to the !pl command. After all, if you're allowed to warn, you should have (easy) access to the correct slot numbers.
