Which are the longest words in your native language? :)

Recommended Posts

I don't think the first one is an acceptable word, the third one is stolen from the english hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia and the second one should be 2 words >: P

Well, polish language prefers shorter words rather than longer ones, but there's a one word, that almost all Poles know:

Konstantynopolitańczykiewiczówna - a girl, without a husband, who comes from Constantinople

Zandzeepsodemineraalwatersteenstralen

Or you just tell someone to sod off instead of to "zandzeepsodemineraalwatersteenstralen".

Isn't it flemish, by the way?

Im half Welsh so I could count the town Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwyllllantysiliogogogoch - cheating possibly as it is not my native language that I speak, but nobody speaks just Welsh anyway with English being the first language of everyone who is Welsh essentially.
