I had running,carb overflowed gas out of carb...long as I had wide open was ok....cleaned carb ..needle and seat bad not stopping gas when at idle and carb full...I'm pushing it into the shed until winter.engine is extra one for little blue bunny bike..I got this 6.5 HP 200cc I'm gonna put on it..sweet!! ..just what I'm up too Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Raskin Posted November 22, 2016 Author Share Posted November 22, 2016 Not bumping old post really ..I'm just slow at working on this coz other minibikes needed repair..just update..got 6.5 Briggs motor.. found out is 205cc,new cool chromed 70s Honda mini gas tank off ebay,modified seat with metal pan and springs all mounted..chain runs true..I'm now modifying throttle plate,making custom exhaust and painting recoil assembly that has rust...having so much fun tinkering.. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Raskin Posted December 19, 2016 Author Share Posted December 19, 2016 little more progress.replaced a leaking crankcase seal,removed governor for higher rpms and painted engine, mounted fenders .. rides nice and is fast.need upgrade brakes ..little stuff left to do..covers for mechanicals..grind some unused frame pieces off..touch ups 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
