I go to the gym 3 times a week usually. Just training to do a little bit of everything to stay healthy. Not getting a lot of muscle, since I am having troubles eating enough (bulking), however it is something I try to work on.

Twice a week musscles, and twice-3times either spinning indoor or cycling/running outside..

 

Still not loosing weight because of the bourgondic life style ;)
