Problem connecting to Jay 1

In an effort to fix my FPS lag, I set up port forwarding and have no problem connecting to any other server, except Jay 1 - Just says Waiting Connection, as if the server is down.  ONLY Jay 1. Any other F|A server connects, no problem.

Here's how I Set up PF. I didn't know what to put in Application name or computer name (Only my wireless devices show up in computer name).

The ONLY way I can connect to Jay 1 is in console type

pb_sv_guidauth 0

net_port 0

net_port restart

reconnect

Bottom line is, this DID fix my FPS lag. instead of my fps flickering all the time between 125 and 40 something, it stays between 1225 and 90 something now

Any ideas?

Opening new ports will allow packets to travel a different route. This route may be flawed. You should close the ports you have opened. It is extremely unlikely (impossible? I'm no expert) that your FPS lag could be fixed with port forwarding. If it could, it's not FPS lag.

Seems like this problem had corrected itself anyway. All of a sudden, it just stopped happening.

You could be right. Port Forwarding is something I read on the recognizing your lag thread
