What is the brand of your mouse?
Are you speaking about settings of your mouse, DPI, frequency ?

m_filter 0
This cvar toggles mouse filter (mouse smoothing), 1 - on, 0 - off

"mouse filtering is unnecessary because al it does when activated is calculate the average coordinates of mouse between frames, if disabled it will appear in the exact spot you placed it"
