need a new mouse :3

well hello there,

 

my old mouse basically broke 2 days ago, was using an Silvercrest OM-1008SL

my mouse1 button almost constantly stops receiving an input when I hold it. so when I, for example, empty a clip, there will be 3-4 random pauses in my shooting because the mouse doesnt receive its input.

 

so I was looking for a new mouse and I found out Im pretty picky choosing mouses

 

but I did find a mouse by the name of "Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury", which seemed to meet my expectations.

price is about 60€ which is pretty much the highest amount I will pay for a mouse 

 

so I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the mouse, or can judge the mouse by its specs. Or maybe if you have a better suggestion?

Wiring:  Wired or USB

Sensor: Laser, Optical, or infrared

Buttons: 7x+

DPI: preferably a DPI switcher

 

Im already used to fairly small mouses, so the size isnt very important to me. small or big, keep it real tho

I dont really know if weight will influence anything at all, my old mouse was 75 grams or sth. But if the mouse is way heavier Ill just try to get used to it

Btw. try to safe some money for a mousepad.

The logitech looks fine (59 Euro's) online?

You should try a razor, small lightweight and accurate mouse.

(Btw. i have a G1 logitech)

did some searching, turns out my hands are slightly smaller than average, for my height. but then realized that was in no way helping to answer your question.

my hands are 19cm, and my old mouse was 10,8x7,0x4,1 which worked out just fine for me, after adjusting my grip to suit the mouse's size

 

so Im not a sizequeen I suppose

​I think the logitech will suit you just fine.

Just keep in mind its double the weight as your current mouse.

The Logitech g402 it's an average mouse. I have it and it's OK but not like the Mx518 / g400s. These Mouses I mentioned are previous versions of the g402 and are better if you think about sensor and tracking also quality .

 

I can recommend you the g502 if you are a palm or claw grip and I can say to you the mouse is pretty heavy but it has the best sensor (3366) on the market actually.

 

But have many good mouses with great sensors too around like zowie ec1/ec2 - a (the ec2-a is a bit smaller them ec1-a) who use the 3310 sensor.

 

I particularly have the corsair m45 who use the sensor 3310 and it's a great mouse (7 buttons) and I love it.

 

The list of mouses I have:

Razer deathadder (shit quality in my opinion but great sensor)

Logitech g500

Logitech g402 (not good as before but still ok)

Logitech g502 (heavy mouse but the best sensor and tracking actually, I really like it but scroll is not on my taste, the flaws in my opinion is be heavy and the scroll. But after 2 days I don't feel it heavy anymore )

Logitech g602

Steelseries sensei (I really don't like it)

Corsair m45 (love this mouse)

Cm storm spawn (hate it)

Used to have mx518, after it kind of wore off, i bought myself a g400s, which was a newer modified version of mx518 and am completely pleased with it, fits perfectly to the hands, material is quality enough as well and has a long time of hours behind without anything breaking off.

No idea about g402, u would have to review it a bit online, g400 would come closest to s version, u could check some ebay as provided above and order it online to get it, if u are ready to pay a bit extra for shipping, as it seems they re pretty much out of stock everywhere or aren't being shipped into EU anymore.

G402 is good mouse but it's worse then his previous version!

The scroll wheel on g402 it's not good as in previous versions like in g400.

If the shape be OK for you buy an g303, it's an amazing mouse if you be comfortable with the format of it.
