Mostly thats invalid .pk3 error. It happens when u disconnect from one server and join it back suddenly. Or sometimes if you take long time to download maps bec of slow internet u get disconnected and if u join back it gives that error. Can you post your GUID? Last 8 digit will work. To get your GUID type this in console: clear and then hit enter cl_guid and then hit enter condump myguid.txt and hit enter. So, PB is not kicking you neither you are banned. I have no idea what server you are connecting to. My xfire is hellreturn.
