I know I absolutely love a good movie.  I like my movies as much as I like my music and all and as such, this topic is born.  I will post awesome movies of all kinds, just as I am doing with music, and feel free to make suggestions.  The only real thing I have to say is that if you haven't seen some of these then you should for sure.

One of my top five directors easily here, Terry Gilliam

Oh my God, Brazil, best cameo performance ever as a renegade air conditioner repair man, Robert De Niro

Not to mention him being one of the creators of Monty Python, one of the writers, and the guy that did all the animations.

Le Congres.  This is brilliant film making at its finest.  I absolutely love this movie, its implications, and its motives.

This is the best film of our little century.

Once I made a top 10 of my favorite films (like the Criterion lists):

1. Andrei Arsenevich Tarkovski, Andrey Rublyov (1966), Ari Folman, The Congress (2013), Raúl Ruiz, Cofralandes (I) ou Rhapsodie Chilienne

2. Romain Gavras, Notre jour viendra (2010)
3. Erik Lamens, SM-rechter (2009)
4. Gert de GraaffDe Zee die denkt (2000)
5. Shunji Iwai, All About Lily Chou-Chou (2001), Akira Kurosawa, Dodes'ka-den (1970)

6. Ingmar Bergman, Sommarlek (1951); Nattvardsgästerna (1963)

7. Maurice Pialat, À nos amours (1983)

8. Wong Kar Wai, Fallen Angels (1995); Kim Ki Duk, Samaria (2004)
9. Sydney Lumet, The Offence (1972)

10. Michael Verhoeven, Das schreckliche Mädchen (1990)

Golden mentions:

*Kjell Grede, Harry Munter (1969)
*Gaspar Noe, Seul contre tous (1998)
*Robert Bresson, Le diable probablement (1977)
*Guy Ritchie, Revolver (2005)
*Derek Jarman, Wittgenstein (1993)
*Atom Egoyan, Exotica (1994)

I raise a great film education in my blossoms 23 years old :P. Auto-education ftw. I hope you like it!
