Hello all am just wondering about using autoexec.cfg . I just requested one for my computer specs, But if am using one now what should I do when I get my own one, Remove the first cfg from ET file first before putting new one in

Just making sure I know before it happens, am tring to get more preformance in game Thanks.

Personally, I saved all my changes I made in autoexec before (I edited the default one that came with the game), but lately I use 2 separate .cfgs: one for graphics and connection settings and other for binds and controls. Settings stick despite autoexec being different from those 2.

I guess it's up to you and how you like your settings organized.

you can do a bind to call each one of those.

we gonna call the second config zigzag, so, you got 2 cfg one called autoexec and other zigzag

when you enter the game, the last cfg you used is loaded by default,

/exec autoexec.cfg

/bind F9 "exec zigzag.cfg; say config loaded"

/writeconfig autoexec.cfg

/exec zigzag.cfg

/bind F9 "exec autoexec.cfg; say config loaded"

/writeconfig zigzag.cfg

you can change the name of config and the F9 for other.

Don't delete it, if you always play with zigzag.cfg the other doesn't have to start.
