I figured everyone else has made a similar misleading topic, it was about time I did Anyway, I have not smoked in 3 days, and as of 1:30 pm my time (Eastern) I will be working on day number 4! I had already mentioned it to a few FA members and got a lot of support, and I really appreciate that.. Well I just wanted to share the exciting news with all of you, and to let those of you who do smoke know that, if I can do it, you can too. And i'll get you discounts on the stuffs Ok... to be serious, it's an excellent alternative to help quitting. But of course it's even better if you make it in just quitting. I wish you the best so you can maintain the strength and your effort gets rewarded.. It could also go into the wise-word-of-the-day thread, but I'll post it here: Smokers do smoke to feel like non-smokers for a brief amount of time. It was a gradual process & it was hard but hey, I made it & so can you and everybody else who wish to do the same.
