1 week ago I bought a new video card, I installed drivers and everything, but now my CFG seems doesnt work, my cfg is low graphic but now everything is like default except resolution and I getting huge green spikes and sometimes yellow spikes(lag) it's annoying as hell(yes, im using r_primitives 2), any idea if I missing something?

you probably have graphic settings that does not work or cause conflict with your new card. take your cfg out of your folder and create a new one by default. then combine your graphic settings with your old cfg. i had to do this a few years back when i switched from ati to nvidia.
