This way all our servers will be on 1.7 patch.Beginners will have Heretic's map rotation config so that for smaller players small maps will be loaded. Dak Posted October 29, 2014 Share Posted October 29, 2014 Mixed emotions on this one. The good: Abner has been like a secret gem with a solid, friendly group of regulars and almost no hackers. The Bad: Abner has been like a secret gem and overall usage is poor. It will make the server more popular and have a bigger regulars community who are getting tired of non-stop TDM and tubes on begginers and are just too lazy/dont know how to get on 1.6 and play on abner. I went to 1.7 because Abner had become a ghost town at the times I was able to get on (which is infrequent at best).... still my favorite COD4 server.
