Private slot for jaymod 1 + advertisment

Hey,

As far as jaymod 1 is full very often and I haven't seen an option to buy private slot for that I would suggest to do so and to advertise it on a server for instance by the text "Server full? Then  buy private slot for just 25 $ annually" . Or it could be also on loading screen by use of some motds here:  server_motd1 "", ,set server_motd2 "" ,set server_motd3 "" ,set server_motd4 "" ,set server_motd5.

I have discussed it with DD about this already almost 6months back and I understood its not good to have pvt. slot on jay1 .
