I like that the colors match and the text is given texture (sort of a wall texture). I would use a different text for the purpose that the F and A look odd. Like the F is smaller case and stretched and the A is right on? The spider man is basic, but there seems to be a void or chunk missing from his right arm. Could just be a mixture with the black. Maybe leave the black and try a wall or hole with some fade to the edges. Like it fades into the black. Or if you want contrast make the hole or wall straight edged, with a glare.
