I need sleep about 9 hr. I can take couple day in week when i sleep only 7 hour but if come 3 day in row where i sleep only 7 hr i come very very sick. When i have lack of sleep i come very sick, i cant eat, my stomach is very painful and i become depressed very easy. I have medication all the time because i have problems how to get sleep.

8 and it is still not enough, sometimes more. I like to sleep :D

I have strange feeling, that the longer I sleep more tired I am :o

It depends on when I go to sleep, but generally around six hours a night - not horrible at least. It just sucks when I have to work the next day... It's not even my own fault always, my body won't fall asleep until at least 1 am, even if I go to bed at ten or eleven.

i don't sleep at night i am vampire muahahah 

 

but ya really i stay up around 24/ to 20 hours and sleep like 8 to 6 hours

I sleep about 8 hours during the weeknights, and about 10 during the weekends.

Recently, it's about 6 hours during the weeknights, since I can't seem to fall asleep without some kind of sleep-aid.

Normally I sleep between 8-10 hours a night. Weird thing is the less sleep I get the better I feel the next day, however the lack of sleep will catch up to me and ill be a pissy 80 year old man. If I sleep 9+ hours I feel groggy and tired all day. Im also bipolar so every night is a little different lol

Lately not enough. But When when my sleep is on track, typically 8-9 hours.
