EmtHipple Posted February 1, 2013 Share Posted February 1, 2013 Well since the photographer mentions helicopters in the frame and in the area at the time the pic was taken IMO they most likely are seeing a motion blur from the spinning blades of a turning heli. I work around helicopters often and have seen similar pictures of the blades making the same pattern when banking into a turn, especially when the photographer is using low end or phone camera equipment Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
