Saizou Posted January 8, 2013 Share Posted January 8, 2013 (edited) Submitting tags in unban section helps members look into your bans, so putting jay1 as a tag would do, as you said you were banned from that server. I go here: http://fearless-assassins.com/forums/79-unban-request/ and there is a button which says "Start New Topic", which I press That gives me a page with two boxes - "Topic Title" and "Topic Prefix".
