Zire
I always used MacAfee Antivirus Plus. I never have issues with it and it works great.

kentikins
I have a mac, so not much risk but i do have a antivirus. I use intego's VirusBarrier X6. and It has everything you need and keeps your computer in check; real-time scan, good firewall, antivandal, and everything else to keep your computer secure. You may be asking why I have paid for the best antivirus for macs, the reason is less about myself and mainly to ensure i'm not passing on any windows virus to friends and family. I would recommend it to any macs out there (don't want to pay? try the free trial and it'll convince you).
BeerMaker
Malwares Anti-Malware is enough for me, it keeps good work and didnt have any problems with it. I recall that I had avast! and then installed Anti-Malware and it detected like 10 viruses when avast claimed that computer is clean.. so the choice is pretty obvious for me.
