Why didn't you switch to balance teams? He is obviously a nub and probably just got tired of getting killed by you.

Not a problem. After asking it nicely (sometimes less nicely) and ignoring it, they get kicked. The only problem is when no FA is online, but usually we don't notice then 
Considering the score of panda to spets, I guess either panda, Kriss or GIG teamstacked too. Assuming the last two, Panda, if you see it that unbalanced, try to switch teams to losing team, such that those will get lucky a few minutes. It's not like getting spets to win is a challenge you still need to achieve, sometimes being nice is awesome too. Consider/try it every once in a while. Besides, being nice is not only nice, it's somewhat a requirement to become a member of FA
