XSV_SOLJA Posted August 22, 2011 Share Posted August 22, 2011 Hi, I hope I'm posting this in the right place. When i try run MW2 multiplayer it gives an error saying 'failed to open image 3_cursor3'. I found the image in the game folder and even downloaded a new one and pasted it in, but no luck. I've also tried a g search but still nothing. Anyone know whats wrong? Qlimax Posted August 24, 2011 Share Posted August 24, 2011 The issue you are experiencing is not the general behavior of the graphics card or its driver. However, such issue could occur either: 1. If the display driver is not registered properly in Windows. 2. Or, it could be game specific issue.
