Disconected for unkown reason

HI..

I want to join FA server1 and ( awaiting gamestate... show the map and when the load came to the end the game crashes and says disconected for unkown reason.... i try update PB... still nothing. So i try to join FA jay2 and it says that i'm banned for my IP adrres ... i don't remember... Something about "clinet"... Please help me. Tnx

Sorry... i have another problem! I can connect to FA but if i want to play with my brother together (he is playing on laptoop) when he joins punkbuster admin kicked him! It says that his IP adress has been banned from this server please help!
