While being in shoutcaste you can watch allied and axis planted mines, watch dynamite counters and seeing player names above the players. To login a a shoutcaster you need to know the password. At some F|A servers you can use !ms to login into Shoutcaster and !rs to logout depending on your admin level. how to login: 1. open the console 2. type /sclogin password, while the password will be replaced with the real password.
