If my memory serves me right, Aigle made LUA for us to stop those PM spam after getting muted. It was horrible, players spamming in PM. Masterreg xfire me when you are on server or xfire Star or any admin around. They can check if you are muted or not. !listplayers will show if you are muted or not.
