Loosen weight The month of the biggest looser,,, draping 15 pounds and getting 8 pounds of pure muscle.. running 1 mile in 7.49 minutes my first time i did 12 minutes my goal is 7minutes.. so much fun doing kickboxing cardio workout




itll take a good while to build 8 pounds of muscle. gl though

grate sounds good thundercats ,,so u workout all the time is a grate habit … I'm trying 2 kip up with 80% nutrition 20% workout ..

Hec yeah. I run 10-15 miles per day.

10-15 miles is grate dude… u must b in grate shape.. kip it up is the best for heath..
